Raw Chocolate & Caramel Cups


● base:
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup almonds
1tbsp shredded coconut
some rice malt syrup or honey {about 2 tbsp}
add all to a food processor & you may need to add splashes of water to combine. then press thin layers into moulds {i used sillicon cupcake cases} then pop into the freezer & make the middle layer. you don’t need to wash the processor.

● middle:
1/3 cup dates
a handful of peanuts or almonds.
process & add water untill a rough paste forms & press that ontop of the oat mixture in the moulds.

● top:
2 tbsp coconut oil
3tbsp cacao powder
a drizzle of sweetner {i used rice malt syrup}
stir until smooth and add a thin layer to the mixture in the moulds and pop back into the freezer.

set for roughly 20 minutes before consuming.
store out of moulds, in an air tight container in the freezer.
