Cauliflower “Rice” How To

Cauliflower “rice” is a super simple, light, low carb, grain free & nutrient packed alternative to rice. Don’t ger me wrong, brown rice had plenty of health benefits but can be quite heavy. So if you’re looking for something different that’s also quick & easy to prepare, give cauliflower rice a go!

1. Wash the cauliflower well and break some of the florets as you wash to ensure it’s clean throughout.
2. Add florets to a food processor.

3. Process cauliflower until it’s rice grain sized. You may need to push down the sides every now & then.

There you have it! You can serve with stir fry, in salads, alongside curries or as a healthified fried rice.
You simply just pan cook it 🙂
