healthy snack idea? popcorn! make it your self by slowly heating a large sauce pan, covered, with about 1 tsp of coconut oil added. then add 1/2 cup of corn kernals, cover again and shuffle them around every few minutes. they’ll pop away & once they’re all popped, discard the one’s that didn’t pop & serve!
another way is put 1/2 cup of corn kernals in a paper bag, very lightly crunch the opening of the bag together to seal & microwave for about 4 minutes!
you can season them with healthy toppings eg. cinnamon or paprika if you wish!
