1 cup dates, soaked prior
1 cup oat flour
1 tbsp @powersuperfoods cacao powder
1 tbsp @powersuperfoods cacao nibs
2 tsp chia seeds
dash of cinnamon
👉 blend all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined and blended. you may need to add some water (i added a few tbsp of the water the dates were soaking in) form into cookie shapes and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
these can also be made into bliss balls!
