Inspired by @rawmanda ☺ they’re nutfree, vegan, high carb & low fat.
1 cup of dates, soaked
1 + 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
● blend all, excluding the dates in a food processor until smooth, like flour.
● add in dates & 1 tbsp date water. blend until combined. add 1tsp of date water at a time until the mixture is just sticky enough to roll into balls.
● pop into the fridge for at least 1 hour before consuming & store refridgerated in an airtight container.
